Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites.

Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes coordinating the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, conducting inspections, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the resort's high standards
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
