Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
