Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of our resort, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Hire and dismiss staff as needed to ensure that the housekeeping team is adequately staffed.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
