About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Grooming Supervisor to join our team at Pet Palace Hotel, Daycare & Grooming. As a key member of our grooming department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and animal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Event Planning: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the grooming department.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that all animals receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Animal Care: Prepare food and feed animals, clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stalls, and enclosures, and bathe and shampoo animals.
  • Animal Grooming: Perform animal grooming activities to ensure that all animals look and feel their best.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pet grooming or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
