About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Grooming Supervisor to join our team at PET PALACE hotel, daycare & grooming. As a key member of our grooming department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pet grooming services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Grooming Services

Plan and schedule grooming appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing wait times for our clients.

Monitor Quality and Production

Oversee the quality of grooming services, ensuring that all pets receive exceptional care and attention to detail.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide guidance and training to our grooming team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.

Prepare and Maintain Grooming Areas

Clean and disinfect grooming areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our pets.

Perform Grooming Services

Assist with bathing, shampooing, and grooming of pets, as needed.

Communicate with Clients

Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in pet grooming or a related field

Work Language

English

Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
