About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to lead our pet grooming team at PET PALACE hotel, daycare & grooming. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our grooming salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily operations of the grooming salon, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and supervise a team of groomers and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the salon has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
