We are seeking a skilled Pet Grooming Supervisor to join our team at PET PALACE hotel, daycare & grooming. As a key member of our grooming department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of animal care and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate Grooming Services: Plan and organize grooming schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wait times for our clients.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our grooming team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional pet grooming services.
- Monitor Quality and Production: Regularly inspect grooming areas and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and monitor production levels to ensure timely completion of services.
- Prepare and Maintain Grooming Areas: Clean and disinfect grooming areas, prepare food and feed animals, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our furry friends.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and are satisfied with the grooming services provided.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
