Job Title: Software Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Software Technical Support Analyst will provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Research and resolve technical issues using technical manuals, online resources, and collaboration with other technical teams
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve user experience and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to users on software applications and computer systems
  • Manage and maintain technical systems and infrastructure
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
