We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager, Environmental Impact Studies and Authorizations. This is a full-time position, but we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects related to environmental impact studies and authorizations, including energy, mining, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Assist project directors in planning, organizing, and coordinating major projects.
- Provide support in coordinating the work of multidisciplinary teams involved in the project.
- Prepare and submit environmental impact studies and authorizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that deliverables, including service offers, are completed to the required quality standards and within the specified timeframe.
- Apply preventive health and safety management, from the preparation of service offers to the completion of project activities.
- Participate in work meetings and follow-up meetings with government agencies and clients to negotiate agreements.
- Ensure compliance with project billing requirements and follow up with clients as needed.
- Perform other related tasks to support project delivery.
- Contribute to the preparation of service proposals in collaboration with the team.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental impact studies and authorizations.
- Strong knowledge of environmental impact assessment methods in Quebec.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
