About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager, Environmental Impact Studies and Authorizations. This is a full-time position, but we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects related to environmental impact studies and authorizations, including energy, mining, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Assist project directors in planning, organizing, and coordinating major projects.
  • Provide support in coordinating the work of multidisciplinary teams involved in the project.
  • Prepare and submit environmental impact studies and authorizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that deliverables, including service offers, are completed to the required quality standards and within the specified timeframe.
  • Apply preventive health and safety management, from the preparation of service offers to the completion of project activities.
  • Participate in work meetings and follow-up meetings with government agencies and clients to negotiate agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with project billing requirements and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks to support project delivery.
  • Contribute to the preparation of service proposals in collaboration with the team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental impact studies and authorizations.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental impact assessment methods in Quebec.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
