About the Role of Resolution Specialist

As a Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our flagship product, the CARFAX Report, while providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

In this position, you will utilize your exceptional research and analytical skills to assist customers effectively. You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through their inquiries and ensuring their cases are resolved satisfactorily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough internal and external research to validate and support requested data modifications.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
  • Oversee the resolution of assigned cases, delivering comprehensive service and managing potentially challenging situations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external data sources to confirm data accuracy and completeness.
  • Inform customers about CARFAX products and services, emphasizing their significance and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-oriented professional setting or a comparable mix of experience and education.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a metrics-driven role is preferred.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being advantageous.
