Director of Customer Support

Medisca Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Director of Customer Support - Transportation. This position is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the company's parts and service support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Business Plans: Create and execute business plans to drive profitability and growth in the Transportation parts and service operations.
  • Lead Training and Development: Develop and manage training programs for staff to enhance their skills and capabilities in support of the Transportation business.
  • Warranty and Policy Management: Ensure the development and implementation of effective warranty policies and procedures, and work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve conflicts and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Market Trend Analysis and New Product Launches: Identify market trends and opportunities for new product launches, and lead the development and implementation of strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Supplier Management: Assist in the identification and contracting of new suppliers, and manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure seamless support for the Transportation business.
  • PIP Management and Reporting: Manage and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and provide regular reporting to branches on progress and completion.
  • Customer Support Issue Resolution: Collaborate with suppliers and branches to resolve customer support issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Strategic Planning and Support: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Transportation business, and provide support to branches to improve customer satisfaction and drive growth.
  • Technical Liaison and Product Issue Resolution: Serve as a liaison with factories on technical matters, and work to resolve product issues and improve customer satisfaction.
