Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Securicom Solutions. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and software.
  • Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
