Academic Director

We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Director to join our team at Brandon University. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of academic programs and services, as well as providing strategic leadership and direction to the university community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement academic programs and services that align with the university's strategic plans and priorities;
- Provide leadership and direction to the academic community, including faculty, staff, and students;
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to advance the university's academic mission and goals;
- Manage and oversee the academic budget and resources;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to academic programs and services.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education or higher education administration;
- Proven experience in academic leadership and management, including program development and implementation;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the university's goals and objectives;
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
