Titre du poste : Client Relations Specialist

Nous recherchons un Client Relations Specialist pour rejoindre notre équipe dédiée au service client. Ce poste est conçu pour s'intégrer dans notre organisation dynamique.

Ce rôle nécessite une présence complète sur site. Les horaires de travail sont flexibles, généralement de 8h30 à 17h ou de 9h30 à 18h, du lundi au vendredi.

Votre future équipe :

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe du service client, sous la direction du Responsable du service client. L'équipe est composée de plusieurs spécialistes du service client.

Vos responsabilités :

En tant que Client Relations Specialist, vous serez en première ligne de notre activité. Avec notre équipe de vente exceptionnelle, vous serez au cœur de la connaissance de nos clients. Chaque jour présente de nouveaux défis et opportunités, mais une journée typique peut inclure :

Traitement d'un volume élevé de commandes et d'inquiries clients de manière rapide, courtoise et professionnelle Enregistrement, traitement et réponse à toutes les demandes et préoccupations des clients Élaboration de rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires pour suivre l'exécution précise des commandes clients Collaboration avec plusieurs membres de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour suivre chaque commande, de la soumission à la livraison Et surtout, établir des relations solides pour garantir le succès continu de nos clients et de ROCKWOOL

Ce que vous apportez :

Une solide expérience en service client 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'un volume élevé de commandes Une expérience préalable avec SAP est un atout La maîtrise d'Excel est un plus Un diplôme d'études supérieures Compétences en logiciels informatiques - produits MS Office Nous savons que vous êtes intelligent, mais nous serons encore mieux assortis si vous avez des compétences en multitâche, autonomie et gestion du temps.
