Job Title: Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our dedicated team. This position is a contract role with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This role requires full-time presence at our headquarters. Standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM or 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Your future team:

You will be part of the Client Relations Team, reporting directly to the Client Relations Manager. Our team consists of 10 dedicated specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role within our Supply Chain division, acting as the first point of contact for our clients. Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Efficiently processing a high volume of client orders and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Documenting, managing, and addressing all client requests and issues.
  • Generating daily and weekly reports to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Collaborating with various supply chain members to oversee the order process from initiation to delivery.
  • Building strong relationships to ensure the success of both our clients and ROCKWOOL.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • 1-3 years of experience handling a significant volume of orders.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
  • A post-secondary degree is required.
  • Competence in MS Office applications.
  • Strong multitasking, self-management, and time-management skills are essential.
