Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Loans Specialist to join our team. As a Loans Specialist, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on client financial status and creditworthiness
  • Assist clients with financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, including reviewing and updating credit files
  • Interview loan applicants to assess their financial status and creditworthiness
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking services
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with a large caseload
  • Overtime required to meet deadlines
  • Work under pressure to meet client needs
