Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Loans Specialist to join our team. As a Loans Specialist, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Approve or reject loan applications based on client financial status and creditworthiness
- Assist clients with financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
- Complete credit and loan documentation, including reviewing and updating credit files
- Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, and credit history
- Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Large caseload with multiple clients
- Fast-paced environment with frequent changes
- Health care plan
- Permanent employment
- 35-44 hours per week
- English language
