About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Royal Laser Mfg Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Design and implement production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize waste.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and inventory management. Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
