Deciem is seeking a talented Specialist, R&D Manufacturing - Process Innovation to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing innovative manufacturing processes for various formulation types. Your work will directly support the development of new products within NIOD and Incubator programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce novel manufacturing technologies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, engineers, and production personnel, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Handle raw materials with meticulous care, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement robust manufacturing procedures that comply with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with commercial-scale production processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
