- Claims Monitoring: Oversee insurance claims and address client inquiries promptly.
- Insurance Information: Provide detailed information regarding group and individual insurance packages, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
- Sales of Various Insurance Types: Engage in the sale of automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other insurance types.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Licensing: Must possess a provincial or territorial insurance license.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance field.
