Bilingual Service Availability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Service Availability Representative for a 24-month contract with a top 5 bank. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a top 5 bank while working in a hybrid role with a great team.

This is a rotational shift position that requires the ability to work all 3 shifts. The ideal candidate will have above average computing and navigational skills, exceptional customer service skills, and a team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound colleague calls and emails.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation and ticketing.
  • Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and colleagues.
  • Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impacting outages.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement and provide ongoing feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Above average computing and navigational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint).
  • A technical support background or related education with troubleshooting experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Technical degree and/or IT Certification.
