Facilities Cleaning Supervisor

The Facilities Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within a cleaning service company. This role involves managing a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
This position is based in a fast-paced environment where repetitive tasks are common. The supervisor will be required to perform physical activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team
This role involves supervising a team of 3-4 cleaning staff.
