Work Environment

This position is based in a cleaning service company that operates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services needed, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as necessary
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team
Supervision

This role involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
  • Physical capability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required
Equipment

Employees are required to have steel-toed safety boots for this position.
