Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

TSS Janitorial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist cleaners in performing their duties.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and judgement.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. Must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel.
