We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at our store location.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily store operations, including inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service. They will be a confident salesperson with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep knowledge of the brands we sell.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure sales goals are met
  • Direct employees in daily tasks such as serving customers, inventory management, and marketing initiatives
  • Assign duties to relevant employees to maintain store function
  • Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Track and manage store inventory
Requirements
  • 5 years of retail and retail management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
  • Strong customer service, management, and communication skills
