Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:

  • Sales and Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 5-6+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and process management.
  • AGCO CannSell license and clean record check required.
