Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

MIRAB RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met. This includes managing a team of sales associates, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for sales associates
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and customer service goals
