We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Vision Coatings Limited.
Job Summary:The Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies to support our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and analyze purchase orders and inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
- 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
