About the Role

Vision Coatings Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement and supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods and materials.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stockouts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the receipt and storage of goods, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize inventory management and supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
