Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze purchase orders and instructions from customers

  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, purchase orders, and supply chain performance

  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
