Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Landmark Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room assignments, and managing guest requests.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Assist with other front office duties as needed, such as handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Dental plan and health care plan provided.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 16 to 40 hours per week.
