Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for the complete recruitment cycle within your portfolio, which includes crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting pre-employment assessments, interviewing, selecting candidates, and finalizing the hiring process in our HRIS.
  • Deliver a recruitment service akin to an agency, encompassing intake meetings, formulating recruitment strategies, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring adherence to ethical practices.
  • Guide leaders through the recruitment and selection process.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to comprehend business needs, core competencies, and skills essential for success in vacant roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines utilizing recruitment tools, networking at job fairs, and collaborating with educational institutions and community partners.
  • Collaborate with our People & Culture team to support various initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Talent Enablement, Employee Experience, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Analytics.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration, preferably with a focus on human resources or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering a professional standard of recruitment service.
  • Experience in talent sourcing; recruitment agency experience is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resourceful with a keen attention to detail.
