Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for the complete recruitment cycle within your designated area, which includes crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting pre-employment assessments, interviewing, selecting applicants, and managing the hiring process through our HR information system.
  • Deliver a recruitment service akin to an agency model, which encompasses initial meetings, strategizing recruitment efforts, providing regular updates, and ensuring adherence to ethical recruitment practices.
  • Guide and mentor leaders throughout the recruitment and selection phases.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to comprehend business requirements, essential competencies, and skills necessary for success in open positions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines utilizing various recruitment tools, networking at job fairs, and collaborating with educational institutions and community partners.
  • Collaborate with our People & Culture team to support various initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Analytics.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Commerce or Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering high-quality recruitment services.
  • Experience in talent sourcing; experience in a recruitment agency is an asset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
