Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Department Manager, Warehouse. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse operations, from receipt to product availability, to meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement standards and policies for customer service and health and safety
  • Mobilize, coach, and empower the team to achieve company and management team goals
  • Ensure department objectives are met by structuring and organizing work
  • Create a customer service culture in the department
  • Support the Department Manager and ensure instructions are respected in their absence
