Job Description:

As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include coordinating warehouse activities, from receiving to product availability, in accordance with deadlines. You will also serve as a point of reference for applying standards and policies for the department, as well as customer service and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse operations to meet deadlines
  • Apply standards and policies for the department, customer service, and health and safety
  • Mobilize, coach, and empower the team to achieve company and management team vision
  • Ensure department objectives are met by structuring and organizing work
  • Create a customer service culture in the department
  • Support the Department Manager and ensure instructions are respected in their absence
