About the Role:

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of packages through our warehouse, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform package checks, verifying labels, packaging, and invoices

• Maintain accurate records and data entry

• Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers

• Lift up to 70lbs unassisted, as required

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures

• Wear good work shoes with non-slip rubber soles

• Be flexible with start and finish times, as needed

• Pass a 5-year background check


Requirements:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Typing skills: at least 40 words per minute

• Data entry experience

• Customer service skills

• Tracking, tracing, and scanning

• Problem resolution

• Warehouse experience is an asset
