Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager Assistant to join our team at SAIL Outdoors Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and product availability, to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to employees and customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Team Leadership: Mobilize, coach, and empower the team by sharing the company's vision and management team's goals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Objective Achievement: Ensure departmental objectives are met by structuring and organizing work to be done, and monitoring progress to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Culture Development: Foster a customer service culture in the department, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to the Department Manager and ensure instructions are respected in their absence.
