Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our management team as an Assistant Department Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and product availability.
  • Develop and implement customer service standards and policies.
  • Mobilize and empower the team to achieve daily objectives.
  • Ensure departmental objectives are met through effective work organization and planning.
  • Create a customer-centric culture within the department.
  • Support the Department Manager and ensure instructions are followed in their absence.
