Corporate Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Living Lighting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
