About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our military members and their families while they enjoy our swimming pools and beaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality leisure programs and services to our members
  • Ensure the safety of our members while they are using our swimming pools and beaches
  • Prevent accidents and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all
Requirements
  • Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • Experience in dealing with the public, including children
  • Experience in performing lifeguard duties
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to react and respond in emergency situations
Language Requirements

French is essential for this role.
