Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS is seeking a skilled Lifeguard to provide quality leisure programs and services, ensuring the safety of our military members and their families. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in delivering a variety of recreation and fitness programs, offering family support, and organizing charity events. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members and their families at our swimming pools and beaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifeguarding, with current certifications in National Lifeguard Service (NLS) and CPR/First Aid. You will also possess excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Provide quality leisure programs and services to our military members and their families
* Ensure the safety of our members and their families at our swimming pools and beaches
* Deliver a variety of recreation and fitness programs
* Offer family support and organize charity events
* Maintain current certifications in National Lifeguard Service (NLS) and CPR/First Aid

**Requirements:**

* Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification
* Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
* Experience in dealing with the public, including children
* Experience in performing lifeguard duties
* Experience in cash handling
* Observational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to react and respond in emergency situations

**Language Requirements:**

* French is essential
