About the Role
As an Insurance Advisor at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quotes and sell new policies to customers, ensuring they have the right insurance solution to protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support
- Manage and grow customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct sales calls and follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
- No prior experience required; we provide training for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $67,000
