Job Title: Data & System Analyst GTS

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & System Analyst to join our Global Trade Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our compliance environment, process, and data structures to support our products' movements across borders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and process improvements to enhance our compliance environment.
  • Analyze our dataset for data improvement opportunities in collaboration with data and process stakeholders.
  • Manage GTS specific master data sources from diverse sources internal and external, validate and load data in different systems and environment.
  • Support systems process improvements from requirements identification to user acceptance.
  • Support stakeholders with change management activities related to systems and data improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a subject related to information technology or data management.
  • Knowledge of data management concepts, Power BI or equivalent technologies is an asset.
  • Open mind to develop your technical analytical skills.
  • Very good interpersonal and teamwork skills, leadership, curiosity, and a good sense of organization.
  • Ability to put oneself in the position of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively based on objectives and with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingualism essential both oral and written (English & French).
  • Experience in an environment related to manufacturing operations an asset.
