Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to enhance the Inventory Control / Quality Assurance (ICQA) team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with both the ICQA and operational teams in Inbound and Outbound processes, providing essential data and analytical support for ACES initiatives and conducting thorough investigations into defect root causes.
Key Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- Developing efficient data collection methodologies and management systems.
- Ensuring data integrity with a target of 0% error rate.
- Designing queries, compiling data, and generating comprehensive reports using MS Excel.
- Creating visual representations of data for reporting purposes.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of defect trends.
- Performing data collection and entry as required.
- Engaging in data mining and problem-solving activities.
- Providing backup support for Process Assistant responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional or military experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in comprehensive project management is highly desirable.
