We are seeking a highly skilled Data & System Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Global Trade compliance team, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our data management systems and processes.

About the Role:

As a Data & System Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining our compliance environment, processes, and data structures to support business growth and improvement.
  • Analyzing our dataset to identify opportunities for data improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Managing GTS-specific master data sources, validating and loading data into different systems and environments.
  • Supporting systems process improvements from requirements identification to user acceptance.
  • Assisting stakeholders with change management activities related to systems and data improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a subject related to information technology or data management.
  • Knowledge of data management concepts, Power BI, or equivalent technologies.
  • An open mind to develop your technical analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, leadership, curiosity, and a good sense of organization.
  • The ability to put yourself in the position of stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively based on objectives and with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
  • Experience in an environment related to manufacturing operations is an asset.
