About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations teams in Inbound and Outbound to provide data and analytical support for ACES initiatives, root cause investigation of defects, and ensure compliance to ICQA-related SoX requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data collection processes and data management systems to ensure 0% error rate.
  • Design and implement queries, compile data, and generate reports in MS Excel to support business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research of defect trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and enter data as needed, and perform data mining and problem-solving tasks.
  • Provide backup support for Process Assistant duties as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with end-to-end project management.
