What You'll Do

As a District Asset Protection Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing shrink reduction strategies to minimize losses and protect company assets.
  • Training and developing store management and associates on asset protection best practices.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and other retail partners.
  • Managing budgets and expenses, including floor walkers, audits, and other asset protection initiatives.
  • Conducting investigations and providing recommendations to improve asset protection processes.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or university degree, with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of asset protection principles and practices, including investigating cases of crime or neglect and managing cases in accordance with legal guidelines and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address asset protection issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Salary Range

$85,430 - $129,188

This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors, such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
