Job Summary:

TJX Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and investigate loss, as well as managing budgets and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain internal partnerships with Associates at all levels of the organization, and external partnerships with various LP representatives in the community.
  • Manage budgets (i.e. floor walkers, audits, etc.) and expenses to plan (cell, travel, mileage).
  • Train and develop Store Management and Associates on LP issues.
  • Manage cases, following legal guidelines and requirements, including an understanding of the Company's policies and practices.
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of staff, and review performance and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • College Diploma or University Degree an asset.
  • Minimum three years of previous/equivalent working experience.
  • A provincial security license is required to be employed in this position (some provinces).
