About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data-Driven Risk Management Leader to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will play a critical role in driving business results through data analysis and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of LP Analysts and LP Fraud Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of high-quality data and insights.
  • Oversee and manage workflow, delegating tasks and allocating resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce and prevent shrink, working closely with Investigation Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Manager and LP BI Specialist to ensure timely and accurate reporting, including monthly statistical reporting and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in progressive business intelligence and data analysis experience, with a focus on providing actionable data to investigate theft and fraud activity.
  • Minimum 2 years in management/supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, negotiating, listening, conflict management, information gathering, and coaching.
  • Strong investigative methodologies and experience with analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions.
