About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at CUSTOM FLOW AIR CONDITIONING LTD as an Air Conditioning Mechanic Helper. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our HVAC technicians in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tool Management: Assist in the organization and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Site Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures and protocols, and ensuring that all team members are aware of potential hazards.
  • Support Services: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cleaning of machines and equipment.
  • Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and protocols, and be prepared to respond in the event of an emergency.
  • Supply Management: Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring that all materials are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 35-hour week, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • English language proficiency is required for this role.
